CPUは4コアの32bit ARM（Cortex-A15、最大1.9GHz）、メモリは1GBです。ルーティング性能は最大9.8Gbps（1518バイト）、IPフィルターを25ルール適用した場合でも7.2Gbpsです。電源はDCジャック（12〜57V）とether1のPoE受電（18〜57V）に対応し、ether10からは入力電源に応じた電圧のパッシブPoEで給電できます。32bit ARM（Armv7-A）のコンテナに対応します。
RB4011iGS+RMは、100台近い端末がつながるネットワークの通信を処理できます。ギガビットのポートが10あるため、スイッチを介さずに多くの機器を直接つなげます。動作温度範囲は-40〜70℃と広く、空調のない場所にも設置できます。
